Najib has more than 35 years of business and management experience in the Middle East. He worked at the senior management level at Ernst & Young, ADNOC, Tamra Consulting, Executive Consultants, and Gulf Resources. He has led many successful business advisory assignments: leading corporate negotiating and concluding acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures in the Middle East, and raising capital for companies, projects, and investment funds worldwide. He has worked on several assignments and has considerable local and regional market experience in developing strategies, organization structures, business process engineering, and market and feasibility studies.

Wafa’a has over twenty-five years of experience, most of which was spent with Fortune 100 companies in the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, and North Africa. She worked at a senior management executive level at Fedex, Showtime network, and Exel logistics. She brings to the firm a wealth of diverse knowledge and experience in the management of commercial, financial, and operational processes. Steered local implementations of system initiatives, administered organizational structuring, restructuring, management change, acquisitions, and mergers.
