• Retailer of: personal/skin/body care, toiletry, perfume, makeup, cosmetics products, gifts and accessories.
• An established customer base in the country.
• A minimum of 3 years of operation.
• A multi point of sale presence and preferably multi city.
• Annual turnover between USD 5 to 20 million.
• Healthy gross and net profit margin.
• Adequate internal control and governance systems in place.
• Minority shareholders who would entertain taking the company public.
