A Well established ICT firm in Dubai. Appointed by Eastern Networks – SWIFT agent in the MENA Region – to streamline its operating processes, define and implement key policies and procedures. Assignment included proposing a new organization structure, working and reporting relationships within the firm. This part of the assignment involved defining job responsibilities and roles, streamlining related administrative and financial policies and procedures including setting adequate authority limits, budget and audit processes. Retained by the client to advise on the company expansion regionally and internationally.
