THE METHODDOLOGY A Project starts with a commitment from the Project Investor and accordingly the Project Implementation, Managing and Operation team will design a High Level Proposal and send to the Project Investor.

Following the acceptance of a Letter of Intent from Investor, the Company we will draft a clear plan a Four phases approach for the Project and will be detailed in an agreement with the Investor.

These phases are as follows:
a. Phase I – (Design) – Working on a specific concept design of the farm by the team chief designer. This Phase will be funded by the Investor in order to start with the design.
b. Phase II – (Pre-construction) – The cost of investment for the entire project in its phases II, III, and IV will be estimated upon approval of concept and subject to market study and availability of local material as specified in the design.
c. Phase III – (Construction) – Construction as per design. d. Phase IV – (Pre-operation) – The first cycle of fish and vegetables and herbs cultivation will start as designed. The Management and Operation team will be gradually put in place in accordance with designed plan. Marketing team will be selected and contacts with wholesalers and retails locally, regionally and globally will start soon after pre- operation.
